Too late! she cried! Too late! You're on the way to the moon!

SIT WITH CHRIST IN THE HEAVENLIES
AND LOOK DOWN THROUGH THE GALAXIES
               TO THE EARTH FAR BELOW
                      ALMOST INVISIBLE, UNSEEN
                              AND SMILE AT CHRIST
THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE WITH HIM
YOU ARE SAFE IN GOD'S HAND
AND NO-ONE CAN TAKE YOU OUT
                    KEEPING LOOKING DOWN
                          SEATED WITH CHRIST
                                              THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

The night is yet young - watch the moon.  The rocket's about to land. Don't watch this space, look up - outer space. See the stars! By the thousands.  See the rocket steer around the moon, pass the sun, and head towards the outer edge of the Milky Way galaxy.  You understand, there are 10 billion galaxies in the universe.  I stand to be corrected by NASA, but since they do not look on my website, I am safe.  You get the point.  I am too tired to look up the details:  You know it takes many lifetimes over to get to the edge of our galaxy from the centre, so it doesn't make much difference if you miss one out.  As it is, every time they make a more advanced telescope, more stars are discovered.  There are stars up there 13 billion light years away.  Now 13 billion light years is how far light travels in a year x 13 billion years.  If light travels approx 300 000 km per second, how far does it travel in a minute, never mind a year (sec/min/hour/day/week/month/year).  Never mind 13 billion years.  And the universe is expanding at the speed of light, is that correct?  Now God stretched the span of his fingers across it and made it.  He is to eternity without limit in every direction.  The universe is not even a piece of dust before him, never mind us. (who take up six inches of footspace on the earth).  Can you plant one foot in South Africa and the other in America?  Who is man that God is mindful of him?  Made in God's image to rule over the earth as He rules over heaven.  Who are you that you fear mortal man, that you forget the Lord your Maker, the creator of heaven and earth.  Look up.  The stars are shining.  Like dust in the sky.  Do you know that in the Milky Way there are between 200 billion and 400 billion stars (all bigger than the sun, which is the smallest star), and that the earth is one million times smaller than the sun and revolves around it.  Do you feel lonely out there?  Know God is bigger than the universe.  He is watching over you.  Then there are the moon and the stars, which He has made.  Some galaxies have more than a trillion stars each.  Picture 10 billion galaxies.  The universe declares His glory.  There are flowers in the field no one ever sees, declaring His glory, never mind 10 billion galaxies in the universe as well.  How many people look through a telescope?  Now God is bigger than what you can see up there.  How small your problems are when you sit up there and look down at the world.  Sit with God above the universe, seated with Christ in heavenly places and look down through the galaxies, to the earth far below.  Take His hand.  He has the answer.  He will lead and guide you.  Your first step in life is to forget human beings and walk with Him.  He knows the way. If you are not looking down, keep looking up!  Your first relationship is walking with Him. Love the Lord your God, with all your heart, and soul and mind and being, before you look around.  Human beings are like 5 feet high - the same size all over the earth.  God says, All men are like the grass... here today, gone tomorrow, but the Word of the Lord stands forever.  Get on that Rock!  It is Eternal.  Don't slip off.  Stay there with God, in agreement with Him for your life.  The gates of hell cannot prevail against the one standing on the Rock.  You are standing in the palm of God's Hand.  Take a break!  Take a Kit Kat.  Take a swig of lemon and lime pineapple blend crush soda, with a matchstick umbrella and two straws, and two cherries on top and put your feet up in a deckchair lounger in the centre of God's Hand.  You are kept quite safe.  No one can take you out, and they are all fighting God.  So long, farewell,  and cherry bye!!!!!!!!! Hip Hip hoooooooray!
